Good to know

What sarees are on Pattukoorai?

Pure silk sarees only, of every kind: Kanchipuram, Arani, Banarasi, Mysore, Soft Silk, Dharmavaram and more. No cotton, silk-cotton or artificial silk. Each saree shows whether it is handloom or powerloom, its style and its zari.

Who can join as a reseller?

Saree shops with a GST number, and sellers who sell on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or YouTube. We check every application before approving it.

Does it cost anything for weavers?

No. Posting sarees is free during our launch, and we arrange the courier to our Head Office.

How do I pay?

By UPI or bank transfer. After paying, enter the transaction reference (UTR) in the app. We confirm it and your order moves ahead.

Who pays for shipping?

Resellers pay shipping, and it is shown before you place the order. Several sarees in one order travel in one parcel.

What if a saree arrives damaged?

Record a video while opening the parcel and tell us within 48 hours. We will sort it out.
